Prices on pre-ordered trees are higher than those found in-store due to the additional costs of managing pre-orders and hand-selecting the tree for you. The benefits are that you don't need to come in-store to select your tree.

We carefully select each tree based on availability. While we aim to match your preferred date, some delays may occur due to supply and weather conditions.

Then contact you to arrange pickup or delivery.

After selecting your tree, we’ll call or email you to confirm the day and time for delivery or pickup.

When you pre-order, you save time by skipping the in-store rush. We’ll handle everything in advance so your tree is ready for pickup or delivery with minimal wait.

  • An extra 1-2 days may be needed to ensure the best selection due to supply, weather or unforeseen challenges.
